General Questions
Our laundromat is open 365 days a year, with differing hours depending on the season.
May 1st - Sept. 30: We are open 24 hours a day.
Oct. 1 - Apr. 20: We are open from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm.
Yes. In the off season (Oct. 1 - Apr. 30) we have attendants at our laundromat from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. During the vacation season (May 1 - Sep. 30) we are attended from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
At Aloha Laundry our machines take cash, cards and the Laundroworks app.
Yes, we do! We have large machines that can accommodate comforters, sleeping bags and even boat covers.
Laundromat FAQ
We have friendly attendants at our laundromat who can help you if you have any questions about our machines or how they operate. They can also advise you on the best machines to use for the laundry that you have.
Each 10-12 pounds equals approximately one standard load of laundry. A 20/lb. machine equals 1-2 loads while our 80/lb. machines can handle approximately 8 loads of laundry at one time.
Use our smaller machines to easily separate colors, then load up our large-capacity washers to wash more in fewer cycles allowing you to save time and money. Instead of spending your whole day off doing laundry, you’ll be in and out in just a couple of hours, leaving more time to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the day.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your laundry any time that an attendant is present. In the off season (Oct. 1 - Apr.30) that is between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. During vacation season (May 1 - Sep. 30) the hours are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
We use only premium laundry products when we launder your clothes. But if you are partial to Gain or Tide, you can opt for one of those for a small upcharge.
Our wash and fold service is only $1.79/lb. for next day service. If you need your laundry back the same day, it is $1.99/lb. and you must drop off your laundry before 6:00 p.m.
There is a 15 pound minimum for our wash and fold service.
Standard wash and fold has a 24-hour turnaround time. If you need your laundry back the same day there is an additional cost and your laundry must be dropped off by 6:00 p.m.
No, we never mix your laundry with anyone else's. We know that this can lead to mixed up laundry and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our laundry pickup and delivery service seven days a week. In the off season (Oct. 1 - Apr. 30) our hours are: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. During vacation season (May 1 - Sep. 30) our hours are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
If you would like regular, weekly or bi-weekly service, the cost is only $1.59/lb. If you only want to use our service on an as needed basis, the cost is $1.89/lb. If you would like your laundry back the same day it is $2.25/lb.

There is a $35 minimum for our pickup and delivery service.
Scheduling is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It generally takes about two minutes.

You do not. Just let us know in the "Driver's Notes" where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it. Please be sure it is a secure location. Aloha Laundry Co. is not responsible for stolen laundry.
No problem! When you place your order, there is a section called "Preferences". You can let us know there if you have particular laundry instructions. And don't worry about having to fill this out every time - these instructions are saved (unless you change them) and your laundry will be done this way every time.
There is not! We do not require you to sign anything or commit to a long-term contract. We know that if you are pleased with our service, you will be sticking with us.
When you create your order, we will ask you for your credit/debit card number information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry order has been completed.
We recommend that you put your laundry in a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag. Make sure that they can be cinched closed. We don't want any laundry trying to escape!
If you are on a recurring schedule and you plan to be out of town (even if it is for the entire off season) you can log into your account and pause your schedule until you return.
